We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look exactly like the images on our website. We endeavour to update the descriptions and photos on our website as soon as we become aware of noticeable differences in our products that may appear unacceptable to our customers.
You will find it attached to the email you received when your order was shipped, or in the details of your purchase under the "Order History" tab when logged in to your account on the app.
Please note that your receipt is essential for exchanging or returning items. You can show it on your mobile device or present a printed copy.
All eligible online orders can be returned through the returns portal or in the store.
Once the return has been processed and approved by our staff, a return shipping label will be sent to your email address.
The label must be enclosed in the package and turned in to your local carrier's office within 5 days of receipt. Returns after this time frame may be considered overdue and will no longer be accepted for return.
Returns of merchandise purchased at one of our retail stores must be made to the store where the transaction was made.
We will display an 'out-of-stock' status if an item is not currently available. Even if the website shows the item as available when placing the order, we may run out of stock by the time we process it. We will email you to inform you if we have to cancel the item or the order. We restock items as quickly as possible. Please make sure to check the item listing for availability
